BWC Announces Move

We’re Moving!

BWC (Brighton Women’s Centre) is pleased to announce that we will be relocating from our current Head Offices at 22 Richmond Place, to Globe House, 3 Morley Street, Brighton, the current site of the Oasis Project.

This move marks an exciting new chapter for both organisations. As Oasis Project prepares to relocate their Young Oasis and Head office services to new premises, BWC will take over the Globe House site — ensuring that the building continues to be used to deliver vital services for women, children, and families in Brighton and across Sussex.

Both organisations are committed to ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption. BWC’s community Hubs and Pan-Sussex services will continue to operate as normal, and steps are being taken to make sure service users experience no interruption to support. We hope to be in our new location by the end of November, and all partners, funders, volunteers and of course, those who use our services, will be kept up to date with the move.

The move will enable BWC to expand and improve its facilities, including a larger and enhanced space for the Ofsted Outstanding ToyBox Nursery, and additional room for staff and volunteers. These improvements will help BWC continue to provide a welcoming, trauma-informed environment for the women and families it supports.

Lisa Dando, BWC’s Director said:

“BWC remains committed to our mission of improving the lives and wellbeing of women across Sussex, and we hope our new location will allow for more effective and efficient service provision, providing support for more of those who need it the most.”
