Take on one of Brighton’s best-loved running events with your workplace and help raise vital funds for women across Sussex.

  • Start time: 9:30am, with runners advised to arrive by 8:30am
  • Start and finish: Hove Lawns, Brighton seafront
  • Distance: 13.1 miles / half marathon
  • Fundraising target: £400 per runner
  • You’ll receive: a BWC race top and fundraising support

Join Team BWC for the Brighton Half Marathon 2027 and turn your race place into real support for women in our community. Whether you are an experienced runner, taking on your first half marathon, or joining colleagues as part of a workplace challenge, your fundraising will help Brighton Women’s Centre continue providing vital services for women across Sussex.

Race day at a glance

The race takes place on Sunday 28 February 2027, starting at 9:30am from Hove Lawns. Runners are advised to arrive by 8:30am. The race site and help desk open from 7:30am, and baggage facilities also open from 7:30am.
  • Race site opens: 7:30am
  • Baggage facility opens: 7:30am
  • Wheelchair race starts: 9:28am
  • Half Marathon starts: 9:30am
  • Race site closes: 2:30pm
